The standards-based Avaya 5621 Series IP Telephones, developed specifically to meet the needs of small and medium businesses, bring rich features and functions directly to the desktop, while also supporting desktop applications above and beyond telephony. Several models are available, ranging from entry-level IP telephones to those built specifically for demanding contact center environments. The 5621 IP telephones are for use with the Avaya IP Office system.
IP Office 3.2 includes support for the 5621 IP terminal. It functions in a similar manner to the 5620 IP Phone with the addition of a back-lit display. This phone is backwards compatible to the IP Office R3.1 (65) maintenance build.
