Easy, Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all Plantronics, Walker, and Clarity products within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Certain promotional trials may have longer return limits if specified on the order.

Within 30 days, you may return any Plantronics product in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.

We will pay replacement ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. if the return or exchange is a result of our error. If the return is an exchange as a result of product failure that occurred within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product, we will also pay return and replacement ground shipping. We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions.

Some restrictions apply to custom-built or special order product where the manufacturer does not allow returns or charges a restocking fee. In those cases, we do our best to find a reasonable solution to our customer's request to return or exchange, but this often involves a restocking fee. Two examples of manufacturers that always charge restocking fees are Cetis and Listen. In some cases, the product cannot be returned once purchased. Two examples of manufacturers that absolutely do not allow returns are LifeSize and Polycom. Completely unopened Polycom audio items may be returned with a restocking fee.

Returns should include an RMA number obtained by calling 800.641.6416 or emailing our sales department at sales@UnifiedCommunications.com, a note describing the issue or defect, and a copy of the packing slip or invoice in order to ensure proper processing.

Buyers outside the continental U.S. shall be responsible for return shipping, as well as replacement shipping above the cost of ground service to the continental U.S.
