HOW IT WORKS
Within 30 days of your Jabra invoice date, fill out the form below and send us:
- A copy of the claim form below (it will be emailed to you)
- Your old headsets being traded in
- Proof of purchase (invoice) for your new Jabra headsets
Upon receipt of the items above, we will send you your trade-in rebate check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing after Jabra’s receipt of documentation and trade-in headsets. Incomplete forms, headsets without claim forms, or missing headsets may cause substantial delays in processing.
* Jabra UC VOICE Series not applicable for the trade-in program.

Offer not valid in conjunction with any other Jabra sponsored promotional program. This program effective january 1, 2016 supercedes any and all previous Jabra trade-in programs.
