We gladly accept unopened returns on all Poly and Jabra headsets and accessories within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Other products from different manufacturers may have restrictions and need approvals case by case.

Poly and Jabra headsets and accessories must be in its original manufacturer packaging, both inside and outside must be unused. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.

If a return or exchange is needed as a result of our error, including any shipments to the wrong location, we will provide a prepaid label to return the item and will pay to ship the replacement item via standard ground shipping if for both orders within the continental U.S.

If the exchange request is based is a product failure it must be reported within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product. Damage during Shipment must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of the package. Please take photos of the outside of the shipping box, as well as photos of the contents of the package before items are removed and photos of any damage. If you suspect product damage due to shipping, please test any products immediately.

Some restrictions apply to custom-built or special-order product where the manufacturer does not allow returns or charges a restocking fee. In those cases, we do our best to find a reasonable solution to our customer's request to return or exchange, but this often involves a restocking fee. In some cases, the product cannot be returned once purchased.

Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by calling 800.641.6416 or emailing our sales department at  sales@UnifiedCommunications.com, a note describing the issue or defect is required to ensure proper processing. Serial number may be requested depending of the manufacturer and in some cases a picture of the box received if some items are reported missing.

Buyers outside the continental U.S. shall be responsible for return shipping, as well as replacement shipping above the cost of ground service to the continental U.S.
