Easy, Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept unopened returns and exchanges on all Plantronics, Jabra and Logitech headsets, speakerphones and webcams within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Certain promotional trials may have longer return limits if specified on the order.
Within 14 days, you may return any Plantronics product in its original condition and packaging. Incomplete returns will receive a credit subtracting missing accessories or packaging. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion and are subject to a restocking fee.
We will pay replacement ground shipping for orders within the continental U.S. if the return or exchange is a result of our error. If the return is an exchange as a result of product failure that occurred within 14 days of customer's receipt of the product, we will also pay return and replacement ground shipping. We will issue a full credit for the price of any returned item that meets the above conditions.
Some restrictions apply to custom-built or special order product where the manufacturer does not allow returns or charges a restocking fee. In those cases, we do our best to find a reasonable solution to our customer's request to return or exchange, but this often involves a restocking fee. Two examples of manufacturers that always charge restocking fees are Cetis and Listen. In some cases, the product cannot be returned once purchased. Two examples of manufacturers that absolutely do not allow returns are LifeSize and Polycom. Completely unopened Polycom audio items may be returned with a restocking fee.
