Project Coordinator for A/V Integration Services

We're hiring a self-motivated Project Coordinator with prior professional experience. Experience within the AV Industry a plus. A successful candidate will work directly with our internal and external customers and clients to ensure resources and information are well-managed to exceed company, customer and client expectations.

Basic Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of technology projects. Responsibilities include project setup, organizing equipment and resources, as well as other duties that may arise to ensure project success.

  • Project Setup in the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Create channels in Teams and upload all pertinent project documentation
  • Create Tracking Spreadsheets
  • Create and manage chat rooms for each project
  • Organize documentation and ensure the appropriate people have the correct information
  • Schedule and manage labor resources
  • Preconfigure Skype Rooms Systems to be shipped for installation


  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communications skills, with clients and customers, team and stakeholders
  • Experience with continuous improvement process
  • Methodical and highly organized

Education & Experience

  • Solid experience and verifiable track record required
  • Excel Expert
  • High level user of Office 365, Smartsheet’s, PM tools, collaboration tools, etc.
  • Experience in the field of A/V, telecom, or unified communications
