Innovative, fun, fast-paced company in the communications and collaboration space seeking bright, cheerful Sales Support Specialist to enter and verify sales orders that originate from inbound phone calls and emails from some of our most valued customers. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance.
As a Sales Support Specialist with UnifiedCommunications, you will process orders and help customers choose from a wide range of solutions and products from across the UC (unified communications) space, including office collaboration solutions from the auditorium to the huddle room, to the desk, to the on-the-go worker.

Customer Service or Sales Support experience in the field of business communications or business technology solutions would give you a head start; but as long as you’ve got corporate or public sector Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Sales Order Entry experience, consummate professionalism, an ease with technology, then we can train you to do the rest.
