The Senior Consultant and Manager of our User Adoption & Modern Workplace Practice will work closely with the UC Team to deliver strategic customer engagements. They will provide high value deliverables to customers such as resource planning documents, communications programs, user education programs and business cases. This position will require travel to and from customer locations around the world and the ability to work on several customer projects simultaneously.

Develop and deploy an ACM Practice New Business Development Plan within 30 days of hire.
Create measurable growth and profit goals and objectives.
Develop, maintain, and deploy ACM packages that Sales can easily sell.
Work with Sales to help target and deploy ACM services to current customers.
Grow the department to complement existing products and services.
Public speaking in front of large groups, including senior executives, IT stakeholders, and end users.
Scoping and developing statements of work for new projects.
Conducting collaborative strategic workshops with other consultants for customers.
Designing adoption programs for customers and their end users.
Develop instructional content to be used for customer adoption programs.
Providing strategic guidance to customers around Teams business case, User Adoption KPIs,
Teams Support readiness
Develop basic understanding of both Microsoft 3rd party tools to assist with the management of Teams end users, both from an operational/usage and user adoption perspective
Engage with the UC Sales team in presales efforts to assist in generating new business for the User adoption practice
Work with the Microsoft field and partner marketing team to generate program offerings to co-sell to targeted customers
Develop new go-to-market programs to generate services sales, such as packaged product and services bundled offerings
Assist the UC Solutions Team with projects, proposals, and customer engagement, when needed
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated subject matter expert across all Teams workloads
Professional business composition skills – writing and delivery customer facing content
5+ years in unified communications with a progressive level of depth and ownership
Demonstrated professional speaking and composition skills
Experience managing the work of others in a large-scale program
Expert level skills with Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
Previous work history of developing user facing programs in the areas of awareness marketing, training and change management
Solid understanding of Enterprise Voice and the ability to explain its functionality and best practices to others who are unfamiliar with this technology
Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time and lead meetings with stakeholders of all levels regarding UC Adoption
