UnifiedCommunications (UC) is looking for a Surface Hub Evangelist who will primarily focus on developing the growth strategy for our Surface Hub market. In this role you will drive the increase of Surface Hub sales via internal and customer demonstrations, creation of social media content, and workshop delivery. This individual will oversee opportunity mapping internally and with MSFT’s field, aswell as engagement with UC marketing and MSFT to create, monitor and track promotions and programs. This is a unique opportunity for someone with existing industry experience looking for the next best thing.

Responsibilities
 
Included by not limited to:
 
  • Working closely with our MSFT Surface PDM to grow business, track pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build, maintain, manage, and mine sales pipeline for all Surface/Hub Device opportunities.
  • Promote pricing and proof of concept programs.
  • Increase sales reach via frequency communication and account mapping with Surface SSPs.
  • Promote and educate sales teams on products, services, sales & marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present hardware/software/services solutions to sales and design teams.
  • Assist sellers with pricing, configurations, availability, lead qualification, and overall management.
  • Work with Leadership to generate awareness of campaigns and programs and incentives.
  • Analyze report data to work on strategically positioning Teams Rooms/Surface Hub in territories or accounts as necessary to drive more impact.
  • Regularly meet with sales teams and sales leadership and develop formal RoB w/each office.
  • Be the subject matter expert for M365/Teams/MTR/Surface Hub/Surface Devices/Microsoft Teams Room Standard & Premium including: manufacturer portfolio, UC programs (1st party, 3rd party), Microsoft's Teams GTM strategy, Programs and Investments.
  • Deliver effective sales & technical workshops, bootcamps, trainings necessary to build the skills and expertise of sellers.
  • Participate and/or supports Microsoft market activities, trade shows & events as assigned.
  • Support sellers in delivering sales/technical/demo presentations to customers.
  • Accelerate sales capacity and capability with UC sellers by representing Microsoft Teams Rooms devices, specifically Surface Hub internally, communicates our strategy, sells our vision.
  • Continuously develop and expand sales (technical & channel), industry and product knowledge.
  • Deliver deep insights back to the business - understand the collaboration sales and competitive landscape, build insights and lead discussion on challenges and solutions.
  • Develop Teams Rooms Device (Hub) and services-based growth plans that align to UC  business objectives and initiatives.
  • Execute joint plans to ensure they meet or exceed planned ROI and develop deep insights on what’s needed to accelerate growth.
  • Establish and maintain a rhythm of the business to regularly review progress against joint priorities and stay up-to-date on Microsoft Teams Rooms (Hub) strategy, priorities.
